Purchase Orders

We gladly accept Purchase Orders over $1000 from Universities,
High Schools, Colleges, Government Entities, Non-Profits, Club Travel Teams & any other viable organizations located in the US. 


At this time, PO's under $1000 will not be accepted but we do suggest ordering directly on our website and using a major credit card.  Please let us know if the order is under $1000 as we may assist with a discount 

Required information for the PO form:

  1. Purchase orders must be submitted on official organization letterhead with name and signature of authorized representative
  2. Specify product(s) and quantities needed that total over $1000 
  3. Name, organization name, phone number and email of your organization and the authorized representative.
  4. Organization ship to address and billing address, if not the same.
  5. Payment method for remittance-we accept all major credit cards but a wire with confirmation prior to shipping is preferred. 
Orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by our accounting department and payment is due within 10 days of delivery of the shipment. Pitch Machine Pros reserves the right to decline purchase orders and we currently do not accept POs from Alaska and Hawaii.

To submit a purchase order, either email: Sales@PitchMachinePros.com with your PO and above required information or just fill out the form below.  All purchase orders will be processed accordingly and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. If you need a W9, please include in the email or indicate by checking the box on the form.
